Language falls away in degenerative conditions like Parkinson's Disease, Alzeheimer's and Dementia, diminishing patients' ability to connect. But music can retrain the brain, allowing people to communicate even as verbal language is lost. We will hear scientific evidence supporting the many benefits of music, see the amazing immediate results music can have on patient's communication skills and offer a 20 minute sing-along session for all who attend!
