REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the Silicon Valley Reads 2025 Kickoff Event!

Register below to attend a thought-provoking conversation about technology, humanity, and our future featuring Dr. Fei-Fei Li ("The Worlds I See: Curiosity, Exploration, and  Discovery at the Dawn of AI"), Ray Nayler ("The Mountain in the Sea") and Charlee Dyroff ("Loneliness & Company") moderated by San Jose Mercury News reporter, Sal Pizarro.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to learn from this esteemed panel, ask questions, and have your books (available for sale from Books, Inc.) signed by the authors after the event. Two robot dogs will be special guests!

The kickoff is on Thursday, January 30th, 2025 at the Visual & Performing Arts Center (VPAC) at De Anza College from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Come early to visit the Euphrat Museum of Art, off the lobby, to enjoy the show Encoding Empathy.

This exhibit explores advancing technology and the human touch and includes digitally generated images blended into traditional paintings, 3D printed sculptures, co-botically produced ceramics, pixel-mirrored prints, and more.

Please register for this free event as seating will be limited and is available first-come, first-served.

Please note: you can change your response at any time by emailing siliconvalleyreads@gmail.com.
